I bought this fantastic little book ten months ago. Meditation for Children by Shelley Wilson. Before we got to use it properly, it went missing. I blamed a certain someone for accidentally dumping it. (Sorry)
I don’t need to remind anyone about Covid-19 and lockdown. Testing times for most people! My Little Miss Nine coped very well I have to say. She’s used to entertaining herself, and she reads and writes a lot. She loved home schooling and we were doing quite well, until I got sick. (That’s another story)
Our routine went out the window. She started to miss her friends terribly. We couldn’t visit her young adult siblings because they live a couple of hours away. I could tell she was getting bored, and even though she has her daddy and me, she was beginning to feel a bit lonely. Children need other children, just like adults need other adults.
What showed up? Her meditation book. It was like it had just arrived in the post – the excitement! Although it wasn’t a substitute for her friends, it gave us some motivation to refresh our routine, and reminded us of the affirmations we used to say on our way to school.

When you’re blue and full of grey
A bit of colour can change your day.
Behind those tears you’re trying to hide
A rainbow is glowing and bursting with pride.
Your tears will heal and make you strong,
So look for that rainbow to help you along.
It smiles and it sings deep in your soul
It’s magical colours dance and cajole.
There’s a rainbow inside you
It’s not hard to find,
Just close your eyes and focus your mind.
I can’t help wonder about Robin’s mental health! She’s very active on a particular social media platform. She’s not one of those people who use social media to make life appear wonderful (when in reality it’s not). No photo-shopped selfies that make her look like a plastic version of herself. No happy family photos of days out, girlie nights in, her delicious gourmet dinner, or no location check-ins! Continue reading “What do you think of Robin’s Mental Health?”
‘Angelic Thinking’ is a fantastic little book written by Angel Healer, Andrew Marmion. Andrew shares with his readers some very personal information about his life. He tells how he spent years living every day in mental agony because he was destructively attached to his emotional past.
By practicing the Mental Cleansing and Refurbishment Exercise, which is the main content of this book, and because of his friendship and guidance from the angels, he changed from being a victim to being a healthy self-loving positive person.

It is through my sheer willingness to embrace and encompass all of my spiritual gifts. This is proof of my commitment to my life’s journey as my soul directs.
It brings me great joy to be in a position to provide clients with my unique coaching style conversation that goes deeper, provides more insight and clarity and creates the space and the way for clients to move forward with greater ease.
But I am also conscious of our perception of science and spirituality. Therefore, I have invested time and energy to train in modalities, some of which are more scientific in nature, others more about healing and are spiritually inclined.
It is a significant part of my mission and purpose. That of being the tangible link that is the holy triad of Body, Mind & Spirit. I will compassionately work towards bridging that gap between science and spirituality. I will be a prodigy of the new edge and the intuitive mapping and spiritual guided approach to life.
